Humans are born into this world with hundreds of afflictions and genetic maladys, and thousands of articles and books have been written about them. Thousands of more will be written as scientists delve deeper in to the mental and physical development and makeup of humans.
There is no such thing as a perfect ovum or a perfect sperm. If and when the two come together, there is no way to pre-determine what the end result is going to be. All humans have imperfections, some more than others, that is just the way human life is. However, do these imperfections and abnormalities give individuals “special” rights as humans?
Laws of nature supercede laws of man. Laws of man are based on organized religious principles and concepts, not laws of nature. Are there humans that are born that nature should have assigned to the opposite sex? Sure there is. Does this give those individuals special rights based on the laws of man? Sorry, however the answer is no…
Everyone, no matter what their genetic make-up, has the right to live and exist in a non-discriminationg society, such as the United States. However, this does not include the right to marry under manmade laws, which are laws based on organized religious principles and concepts. Being excluded from these principles and concepts is not discrimination. If a homosexual wishes to live with others of their choosing, there should be no discrimination as it is their choice to do so in a free society. However, to demand to be included in religious laws is absurd.
